Grinding technologies for ball mills
of at least 4 sizes of grinding media or
special charges composed by 6 sizes
of small grinding media, compatible with
the type of material to be milled. In this
way the grinding times will be faster.
The mills charge should be:
-50-55%of the useful volume of grinding
bodies;
-the materials to grind must be around
30-40% of the useful volume.
To maintain the grinding media in good condition the product should abundantly cover the grinding media. We always suggest to test various types of material previously, to understand the better system of grinding.
To accelerate the working times, while emptying the mill, we recommend to open the lateral safety valve.
