For the loading of the mill, it is recommended to use standard charges composed of at least 4 sizes of ground bodies or of special charges composed of 6 measurements of ground bodies with diameters possibly small in size, compatible with the type of material to be ground. This allows a reduction in grinding times, having more ground surfaces for reducing the gaps. The charge of the ground bodies must be approximately 50-55% of the volume and the charge of the material to be ground must be equal to about 30-40% of the useful volume.
